Private pay services are available to anyone.  The client and/or client’s family determines the number of weekly hours needed and schedule.

Who can benefit?

Anyone who needs an extra helping hand.  Heart 2 Heart can provide in-home care for the elderly, those recovering surgery or illness, disabled individuals (mental or physical), new moms who need some extra help or family members who need help caring for a loved one.   

•  Heart 2 Heart offers a free in home assessment before care begins.  This assessment will help us develop a personal care service plan tailored for each individual.  This ensures that the needs of each of our clients are being met.
•  At Heart 2 Heart, we stress consistency in care.  We believe this is the only way to foster a positive and trusting relationship between the caregiver and client.  Unless otherwise requested by the client, you will always have the same caregiver.  You will never feel like there is a stranger in your home!
• All services are provided on an as needed basis.  You will not be required to sign any contracts that obligate you to any set amount of hours or length of time.  
• Heart 2 Heart private pay services are not limited to the client’s home.  We can serve as a secondary support to assisted living facilities, hospitals, and nursing homes.  
• Heart 2 Heart provides strictly non-medical care which means we cannot legally administer medications, injections, or any other skilled nursing service.  We are able to provide reminder cues when it is time for the client to take medications.
•  Heart 2 Heart can provide 24 hour care but does not provide live-in caregivers.
•  Heart 2 Heart personal care services can also be used in conjunction with other home health care services such as hospice and home health care.
